Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries chopped
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 14-20 fresh mint leaves plus more to taste for optional garnish
  • 4 Tablespoons strawberry syrup (zero calorie)
  • 2 cups ice cubes or crushed ice enough to fill two glass all the way to the top
  • 1-2 cans 7-Up or sprite (zero sugar) enough to top up each glass
  • lime slices, cut out strawberries, mint garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the chopped strawberries and mint leaves in a bowl. Mash/muddle it well.
  • Layer the muddled strawberries and mint in two serving glasses with ice cubes. If desired, you can place slices of lime and cut out strawberries on the sides to make this drink even more festive.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of strawberry syrup into each glass. Add a squeeze of lime on top and top up with 7-up or sprite.  Garnish with slices of lime, strawberries or fresh mint
