- 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2-3 fresh green chilis
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 3 cloves grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice to taste
- ¼ teaspoon sugar to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, fresh cilantro leaves, fresh mint leaves, chopped green chilis, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, freshly ground black pepper, grated garlic, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
