Benihana Hibachi Chicken
- 1 pound chicken breasts diced
- 2 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 ½ Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 3 Tablespoons benihana garlic butter
Transfer the chicken, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside.
Heat a heavy bottomed or cast iron skillet until smoking hot. Add the garlic butter. Sear the chicken on all sides until completely cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside. If cooking vegetables next, do not turn off the heat.
