    Feeling sluggish? Try a detox, triple berry smoothie from yesterday's 4th of July feast!

    I had hamburgers, hot dogs and two types of pizza yesterday! I don’t know about you but my goodness that was a lot of food.. having this smoothie now to help give my body a break and start the recovery process.

    Just a handful of frozen strawberries, blackberries and blue berries blended with some water and artificial sweetener…to start the detox process…

    Ingredients

    • 2 strawberries frozen
    • ¼ cup blue berries frozen
    • 4 blackberries frozen
    • 2 ½ cups water cold
    • ½ cup ice cubes optional
    • 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener to taste

    Instructions

    • Blend all the ingredient today. Enjoy!
