I had hamburgers, hot dogs and two types of pizza yesterday! I don’t know about you but my goodness that was a lot of food.. having this smoothie now to help give my body a break and start the recovery process.
Just a handful of frozen strawberries, blackberries and blue berries blended with some water and artificial sweetener…to start the detox process…
Detox Triple Berry Smoothie
- 2 strawberries frozen
- 1/4 cup blue berries frozen
- 4 blackberries frozen
- 2 1/2 cups water cold
- 1/2 cup ice cubes optional
- 1 tsp artificial sweetener to taste
- Blend all the ingredient today. Enjoy!
